Kid Snow wound up on the tent boxing circuit after squandering his chance at glory. Sunny is a single mother who walks into Kid’s life just as he’s offered a lucrative rematch with the champ who floored him 10 years earlier. Goldman’s beautifully photographed film brings to life a distinctly Australian form of entertainment that’s now all but extinct, with an added mix of romance, dust and redemption.
