When eleven year old Mick (Levi Miller) is shipped off to his grandfather's (Bryan Brown) cattle station in the remote Pilbara region of Western Australia, he feels lonely and out of place. But soon he finds myth, adventure and a friendship with red dog, he calls Blue - a dog that changes his life forever.
Kriv Stenders
Kriv Stenders grew up in Brisbane and is a graduate of the Australian Film Television and Radio School. His films include Blacktown (2005), Boxing Day (2007), Dark Frontier (2009), Red Dog (2011), Kill Me Three Times (2014). Red Dog: True Blue (2016), Australia Day (2017). He just finished the documentary The Go-Betweens: Right Here. He also directed in 2017 the two parts TV serie Wake in Fright.
